  The service was exemplary! Really busy day, couldn't believe how efficient and organised the team was, especially the cocktail bar. 5 stars. Great times, great wine, great food by the magnificent views.

  Poor customer service!!...Just had dinner, food was OK but overpriced. After dinner ordered one drink and waited 30 minutes for one cocktail. One of our group went and paid while we waited at the table (as the cash register is located in a separate 'bar' room. As we left a lady chased us out yelling "are you going to pay then?" In front of two other tables of guests!! We had to show our receipt! Poor customer service and restaurant layout!! No apology...

  Why can't coastal restaurants in Perth get it right? Big open space, no atmosphere, service was absent ie. help yourself to menus, napkins, knives and forks and then get up and order from the bar for drinks and food! Food was nicely presented but nothing to write home about. Best thing is the view. We went in late autumn. Can't imagine how bad it is when it's busy and full of posers.
